"unprofessional. i do not recommend. if you need benjamin moore paint, go to janovic, or any other benjamin moore store. i have been in this store probably about eight times…. because i leave very close to where the store is located. every single experience i had in this store was not good. paint quality was ok but who needs unecessary b.s.?! one time when i did order near $400 the male associate said to me to me intentionally “good morning!” trying to make a sad point, although i did say “hello” when i got in. the other female associate laughed and pointed out to him that i have said “hello” when got in. last time a femail associate serviced me, i asked to match a paint based on the sample i provided. she had no interest in helping. her interest was in pointing out that i should lnow what i need. the colour was white, the finish could have been satin, or eggshell. i asked her opinion. quite disinterestex she said “that is my call” it is not “her business”… i thought she was joking, but the joke was was a sad one… at the sametime a gentleman approached the same male associate i dealt in past,and told him he “needs to buy a lot of samples”. the associate rolled his eyes in front of all of us showing displeasure not caring at all if he was doing that visibly. not sure what their game is… i understand that their location is great, but their service is awful. you can get the same material anywhere else. they do not seem to get that…"

"The employees here are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are located in a very convenient location. On the other hand, Benjamin Moore paint is a little too expensive. It used to be the best paint out there, hands down. I think some of the other paint brands have since caught up and some may have even surpassed Benjamin Moore. Still, it's a quality product, and you can't really go wrong here."
