"I have ordered many doors over the past 8 years from RBS because they are local and sell the Reeb product line. I used to go into the Mineola store to place my door orders and I had a good customer experience in store with the two ladies who ran that department. Both ladies who ran the door section moved on, and the replacement person was no where near helpful or engaged. I grew tired of chasing down a sales person to make purchases. I started calling in my orders thru the main number but each time I speak with a representative I get that same curt and snarky tone to the call. My door orders are pretty straight forward and have not required any additional notes , just Solid core doors at a given dimension. I’ve started looking at other distribution channels for my products. Lumber department and delivery people are great to work with but the company as a whole should have the staff that are taking calls go thru some training on how to conduct themselves."
