"Great store, exceptional service! I brought in worn out faucet stems with no traceable markings, and was told by other Westchester plumbers and plumbing suppliers that the stems were unidentifiable and likely discontinued. If this would be the case, the cost of completely replacing the fixture would be extremely expensive and unaffordable for me at this time. After further research I came into F/W and spoke with Eddy. I can't say enough about the guy, he is a total professional and he truly takes pride in helping customers. Truth be told, I have thought (and begrudgingly started to accept) the days of exceptional customer service by skilled people knowing their trade were a thing of the past.
