"Haven't had any problems. Seems like a nice place only been here for a couple of months. Staff is friendly and helpful, maintenence stays on top of any snow issues, also has always been quick to come check things out even when it was for something minute. Def check this place out"

"Don’t rent from here it’s absolutely trash. Before we moved in they had paint on the “new” carpets. The nails in the drywall is popping out. They plow you in during winter the people who are plowing suck. The trim around the floor was never fixed before we moved in we have been asking for things to be fixed and never get stuff fixed. Been living here since April 2023 I can honestly say this is the worst place I lived. I don’t recommend anyone to move here. They are money hungry but don’t want to fix things."

"I’ve been living here for a few months now and my time here has been amazing. The homes are beautiful and fairly priced. The culture of the neighborhoods are pleasant. It’s nice to finally have such a lively place to call home. Maintenance is always very informative when they come out. All of the people working on that team make you feel included in the house work they might need to do; they have never talked down to me once. The office people are always kind and pleasant. Every time I have spoken with them they take any concerns I may have very seriously, and with the highest standard of professionalism. This has been by far the most accommodating staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Everyone in the office will remember you, and talk to you like you have been friends for years. It’s very refreshing compared to other cold feeling housing offices. On top of that the amenities they offer like the pool, playgrounds, dog parks, and gyms; are throughly cared for on a regularly basis. You can’t help but have younger kids go around and create messes but this team does what they can to combat that. Every single person working for these homes truly cares about their jobs and providing comfortable living for the residents here. I pass a special thank you to the team allowing me to call this place home."
