"Love this place, are apartment was completely renovated before moving in, we love the layout and how green everything is everywhere, it's also amazingly peaceful and quiet, inside was so unbelievably clean, very spacious for a 2 bedroom, we are so happy we moved here, Erica who handled are lease was a huge help, maintenance fixed a broken lock for us not even 5 min after we reported it. Definitely a beautiful place, beautiful town and amazing county."

"Poor apartment quality upon move in. The entire place smelled heavily of dog even though I was assured it was "professionally cleaned". We vacuumed again only to fill vacuum with dog hair, twice. All of the appliances were either moldy or breaking down. Finally upon move out, I was charged $30 for dusty blinds even though we replaced the majority of them ourselves. Overall, find a better option for living arrangements."

"Please do not move here !! Every single summer there is an big bug infestation!! They charge so much for heat in the winter ! It’s hot af in the summer . Flies and bees come in through cracks in the wall and management says just spray raid instead of helping ! They don’t fix anything that’s broken no matter how much you complain !!! They take advantage of soldiers because they know we need places to stay so they give us cheap bug filled apartments . The walls of the jones are so thin you can hear your neighbors."

"My husband and I lived there for 6 years. When we first moved in, the complex was pretty good. They used to take care of landscaping and the appearance was welcoming. Gene was an awesome maintenance guy who truly cared about residents. As time went on, there were many different site managers and it has only gotten worse with each change. The complex looks dirty as there is garbage and poop all over. No more landscaping unless you pay for it yourself. They will rent to just about anyone. The owners only care about renting and making money. Don’t be deceived by the pictures they post online. Also, plowing is promised in your lease but you better own a shovel. The lease states full snow removal but this is not true! Plowing only got worse as the years went on. People are allowed to park on the street year round and are never towed, but they leave threatening notes. No follow through. Pet friendly but there is poop everywhere! So bad we couldn’t even walk our kid without stepping in it. When we moved out, they never even showed up for our scheduled walk though. My husband had to find a maintenance guy. They also shorted us when returning our deposit and we had to wait another month to get the refund check. A mistake we caught, not them. Once Gene left the site, things went downhill. Also, when Jo left things suffered too. This is not a nice place to rent anymore! It’s all about turning a buck! Once you sign the 15-20 page lease, you’re screwed! Not modernized. Old! Only some apartments have stainless steel appliances. Do yourself a favor and rent in LeRay, NY at one of the more modernized places that has a pool, fitness center, etc.! Not looking to start drama or have a problem. We moved out in late May but we felt it was important to give an honest review, as we did live at this complex for nearly 6 years. We were good tenants and always paid our rent on time. By the time we left, we did not feel valued or taken care of as tenants."

"So many issues living at this place. We loved it until winter when our heating was not efficient enough to keep our family warm. We had to move out earlier than necessary because I was pregnant and didn’t want my baby to be cold. As well as our 3 year old wouldn’t go downstairs or even play because it was too cold. The flooring was in ripples and disgusting. The floors looked clean upon move in but we pulled back the carpet and stains were severe. When we moved out they said they wouldn’t charge us for the carpets. Well low and behold we were charged for cleaning the carpets. Yet the carpets were disgusting. Tells me they are going to move another family in there with those nasty carpets. Poor children who will play in that floor and probably get sick. As well the dog poop in that area is overwhelming and gross. My son couldn’t even play outside because the dog poop was everywhere!! You can hear neighbors going up and down the stairs and the bathtub was dirty and stained on move in. No idea if we were charged. It’s been 2 months and we still haven’t received any information. Oh and don’t get my started on the breach of contract. They started charging everyone for utilities which in contract was stated we were supposed to receive a certified letter and we never received it. NEVER!! they told us we got a notice but no one on my block did. We also were charged rent 7 days after we submitted it online. 7 days! This screwed us over big time as we thought it was already taken out. Tiffany or whatever her name was told us she would help us get some money back as we paid an extra amount due to it getting messed up and we NEVER were. No explanation besides her quitting. This place is awful and you will end up having plenty of issues if you move in here. That’s just a start too. They also broke our stuff in the front yArd too."
