"Worst facial I have ever had. Waited 30 min past appointment time. My attendant didn't communicate at all and put a mask on I've never had anywhere else. She covered my mouth and eyes and had trouble breathing through my nose. When she took it off she ripped it off my eyes and I started crying in pain. It then went in my mouth and I started choking. Then it went in my eyes and I have to ask more than 5 times for water to wash my eyes out. I then asked for it end early because I was in so much pain. Honestly horrible and overpriced. Literally NEVER GET A FACIAL HERE. My friend had a great spa pedicure despite it costing 50% more than anywhere else. Save your money and your eyelashes lol. They ripped some of mine out. I paid $100 for someone to literally rip my eyelash off. Terrible."

"These fantastic people are clean, professional, and efficient. It’s a relaxing environment and they always get you in and out (if that’s what you want) which I look for. I’ve been back and forth to many places in Huntington, but this is my go to."

"We were about ten women and had massages, pedicure, manicures and facials done. During my facial the humidifier malfunctioned and drops hot water on my face. The tech put a mask on me and pieces of hardened material got into my eyes. I was not allowed to get up. Finally I did . On the way to the sink there was glass on the floor where a glass bottle had broken. I did not know, had crumbs in my eyes and almost stepped on the shards. So, thank you for the blisters on my face and my reddened eyes. The staff does not speak English enough to ask for allergies. This place is a disaster."
