"The sales staff here are excellent! I was tasked with revitalizing a scratched up complete bedroom set (that had an inconsistent stain on it). When I brought in a sample to match it the paint analyzation reader couldn’t pick it up. So Kelly volunteered to try to match it by eye. When I picked it up the next day the color seemed to match but I couldn’t be sure. Upon painting a larger area I realized it needed to be tweaked a bit more. Kelly offered to give it another try. The result was spot on. She also gave me great advice on how I could get the best results. I don’t know how many paint stores offer this high level of customer service. I can only tell you this one does."
"I was lucky to be the first of many who walked in and was assisted right away. After learning I didn't have an account the staff mixed my paint right away with just the paint names. I ordered two colors of several gallons each and I received a courtesy discount which made the purchase easier. Paint has gotten expensive so every little bit helps. Benjamin Moore is the best quality paint so I use nothing else. I learned that from being in the trades many years as a drywall taper. That's all the painters used. The shop looked very complete."
"Great service and convenient"
"The lady at the front is just incredibly rude and nasty, from the second you walk in the door. I wish I could tell a specific story but I unfortunately still have to use this place and don't want anymore contact with her than needed. But the man that works there seems to literally be embarrassed by her behavior. He often will just put his head down as if he doesn't know what else to do but is totally aware how bad it is. There have been a few occasions where it's come up in conversation and before I can even share my experience, people cut me off to tell me how rude the woman working there is. How do business owners allow this level of disrespect in their establishments? Because there's no excuse. An inexperienced teenager or entry level staff are better than her. She's been working there a long time and literally knows nothing about paint, at all. And she's not ashamed to even tell you that. If I can avoid the place, I do. And she is the ONLY reason. This would be a 5 star review otherwise."
"I don't know the girl's name, but she was friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond when she researched the product I needed to see where I could get it since she was out of it."
