"Marcie is wonderful, love dealing with her. However, maintenance is severly lacking. Asked multiple times over the course of a couple years for things to be fixed. Still not fixed. And those things that maintenance did come out to repair are done cheaply and horribly. The unit itself is falling apart, and lack of maintenance does not help. Rent keeps going up, while quality is low."

"really old building, not worth the rent raise. the appliances are old and the cabinets are falling off from the walls, tiling from the bathroom falls off. i complained about the broken thin. they do come in and fix some stuff in your apartment after complaining enough but i think would do a better job of fixing it myself."
