"Lived in 25351 for my time stationed at fort drum. There’s a guy who made racial remarks towards my wife as she was walking to her car after being questioned by him. White large male that drove a black ram. We let Karen know and she told us that they were going to look into it but who knows if they ever did. If you’re a POC I’d highly recommend moving somewhere else. Staff here is extremely racist."
"It was decent while we stayed there. There’s not a lot of options in that area. Somehow we were charged over $800 for carpet that was raggedy to begin with. Also we PCSed so we have orders but somehow we were charged as well for breaking the lease. Of course no one is answering the phones."
