"My dad went to the Webster location yesterday on 4/13 for his initial appointment to drop off his paperwork. He had a coupon for $25 off and was told to leave the code and it would be honored at the appropriate time. He returned today when they were done doing the taxes to pay his bill and they refused to honor the coupon because it expired yesterday. Which seems ridiculous in itself considering the process was started yesterday. Not only is that what the coupon says to do but the women said they'd honor it. Also all the employees ganged up on him when he asked why the weren't honoring it and made him feel very uncomfortable. Companies think they can say one thing and do another. It's really unfortunate. I would go someplace else to get your taxes done. This place doesn't feel safe with their lies and hostility."
