"I had an unfortunate experience here where my tax filing was delayed by more than 8 months. All payments and documentation was provided 8 months ago. It wasn't until I checked with IRS that IRS notified my taxes was never filed at all for the year of 2021 by this location. I worked with Lekisha Griffin on this location who did not notify me of them failing to file. I was told that there was a 'technical glitch' that caused them to miss filing my taxes when asked. If I did not personally check with IRS and contacted this store, my taxes wouldn't have been filed at all by them despite having all of the information and payments. I asked for clearer communication 3 times on the impact but those questions in my emails were ignored. They did eventually filed my taxes last week but no clear communication on what happened and why. I wouldn't have written this review if there was a single apology or proper explanation issued by this location. On continuous asking for information, I was just told that there's no disadvantage in this massive delay in filing because I did not owe IRS any payments. It's sad that they justified their incompetence with this reasoning and did not respond to my clarification inquiry in a satisfactory manner. I regret using this location to file my taxes. My suggestion to others is to not to trust this location if they consider their taxes any important."

"I had 4 years of back Taxes I needed to file. I was given Cindra as my Tax Professional. From the very first time I spoke with her, to our final conversation I found her to be very nice and detail focused. She discussed various matters in a polite manner. I absolutely hate feeling as if I am being rushed. I never experienced a sense of that while speaking to Cindra. This is clearly a Woman who knows how to do her job very well and gets you any money you are due."

"Don’t take you taxes here! The most horrible experience ever. Garret at the front desk was very helpful. However everyone else here in this office is rude and nasty. I came in for an appointment to file my taxes, after noticing one of my W2s weren’t in my packet I informed Flora that I will come back another day. I later emailed Flora my W2 and she had no idea who I was or what I was referring to. Later she called me and informed me with information that was completely different then what she originally told me. I emailed Flora several times following up for clarification as I was concerned she had no idea who she was speaking to originally and received no response. Went into the location today hoping to get help from someone else and it was a complete fail. Garret asked one individual if she can help and she laughed, said no and that she was going home. Garret then asked Susan I believe it was and she approached me with a very rude demeanor that she couldn’t help me as well because she had a client in three minutes. What a horrible experience. I will never use H&R nor will I ever suggest anyone to go here."

Giovanni is excellent as well...I would give them 10 stars if I could. They accommodate you by staying after hours to help !!!Simply amazing..."
