"this is my first time using H&R Block basically on February 24 or 25th I gave them all my files and sent everything over and I was told that I’d be contacted back in a couple of days two weeks ended up going by I gave them a call they didn’t answer it is now the END of march. I still haven’t heard anything back I’ve tried calling I tried sending messages on the website through my account nothing is working so this will be my first and last time using H&R Block I feel like they could’ve had better communication with their customers especially somebody who has never been there. I will also be leaving reviews after we actually figure out what I’m getting back for my taxes and when they arrive. if you’re thinking about going here I’d advise you to think twice and read reviews."

"Very unprofessional they clearly don’t do any work went there to amend my return the lady i met with Juanita I gave her my docs she said she’ll call me later that day when she finish but never called so I called no answer so I messaged her on my block still no response and this was on a Friday ok so I waited until that following Monday call again no answer Tuesday I went in she claim she didn’t have all the docs so I pulled out my phone to give her what she needed again she said “I’ll finish it today “and that she was gonna call me in 2 hrs guess what still no call moral of the story she never even started on my return"
