"Last year's taxes were done by Sandra Eveland who filed two of three family members. I don't know why she did not add my son. Stating "you won't get back much anyhow" and proceded to speak negatively about Doreen Young who works at the exact same location whom I thought did a good job year before last. Sandra's statement was "Doreen doesn't know what she's doing" It is very unprofessional as a senior tax specialist and taking actions such as negatively mentioning a tax professional and not filling taxes correctly. I hope that this year my taxes can be done correctly and professionally. I may even go to a different agency. I'm not comfortable with H&R anymore."
