"I got a pedicure and the lady that did the work cut me twice while filing and cutting my cuticles! She was not gentle at all. I think she may be a new technician because the nail polish application was not great either. There were lighter spots even after two coat applications. They accept ONLY cash payments so be prepared to bring enough cash with you. I am giving it only two stars for good customer service and the place is clean. However, I most likely will not be returning here. For the price I pay, I’ll get a much better and safer mani and pedi elsewhere."

"It's okay place. My biggest concern is that they do not file the nails safely, just too much filing. The lady was working as a butcher on my nails, trimming it up to the meat, causing physical pain. I had to ask several times to be careful, but it's just how she works. The nail polish seemed to be dried out, and she was having hard times make nice layers. Pretty sloppy job with nail painting, leaving white spots close to cuticula. On top of this, she was chatting on the phone while doing my nails. That's kinda rude, but not the biggest concern. I was surprised that after she was done with the manicure, she just sprayed the instruments and put it back in the drawer. I really hope they have an additional instrument sterilization technique, but I'd encourage you to ask beforehand if you go there."

"This was the worst nail experience I've ever had. I went on my birthday with my sister and a friend. To start, we made an appointment for 10 am, and we waited an hour and a half before anyone acknowledged us or started our nails. People came in after us that were seen before us. When they did start our nails, my sister got a pedicure and the person doing her nails clipped her so deep see started to bleed. When each of us was sitting to get our full set, we were clipped and cut relentlessly and all of us came out with abrasions and sore hands. While I was getting my set done, the staff kept trying to get me to do gel and even said I couldn't get the design I wanted without getting gel. When I picked a simpler design, she huffed and rolled her eyes at me and rushed to do a new design I had picked. As the person doing my nails finished up, I noticed that some of the staff started to look at us and talk to eachother while moving around myself, my friend, and my sister. Other staff moved to sit in front of the door. We are black. My theory is they thought we were going to try to leave without paying. So I asked how much everything was going to be and it turned out they were charging $75 per full set, not $25. To get a design was an extra $25 and to get gel was an extra $25 on top of the base price. That's why the staff was pushing for me to get gel. Every time I asked the staff to fix or change anything they rolled their eyes and grabbed my hands. They were really snippy when I tried to get an explanation on the price. They were so unfriendly to us. To to it all off, 3 days after I got my nails done, 3 of them had snapped off. Please see the pics below for how our nails came out and to see one of the cuts I got. I would not recommend coming here."

"very clean and beautiful salon. The owner is super kind, friendly and professional; as well as the other workers. I usually get manicures and pedicures from here. Recently, I decided to give acrylics a try there and I was not disappointed. They were beautiful, I loved them. Unlike other salons they never lifted and they grew out beautifully. Always recommend this place when my friends ask me :) never disappoints!"
