"i drive 2hours from Ct to do my nails here they’ve always provided great service however today i got here at 9 am Kathy seemed bothered they said they were cleaning to come back at 9:30 i went to get something to eat i returned they’re closed smh she should’ve just said they weren’t opening instead of having me wait very unprofessional"

"This place does not practice hygiene or cleanliness. The last experience I had at the salon had only been my second time going there. The moment you walk in you are mildly greeted by somebody after several moments of standing in the doorway. They then proceed to tell you to write your name down in a book while everyone is still working, so I’m unsure how they’re actually able to keep track of who was there and who is not there as no names are usually crossed out. Once I was finally seated after almost losing my turn, because they did not know who came in first, it still took several moments for somebody to begin my pedicure. My pedicure experience was less than great, but everything that happened after that is why I am writing this review. I witnessed the boss, Kathy, sweep up a pair of toe separators into the dust pale after having swept half of the entire location. She then proceeds to pick them up, blow air on them and then put them back in the bin with all the other toe separators. I vowed to never go back, several weeks after getting my gel pedicure. I ended up with a double fungal infection on my big toes. They were both green and needed to be removed. After witnessing, the boss clearly reuse, dirty separators that had already been on the floor and touched by the broom and dragged up and down the salon. I should have known that that was just the beginning of the madness. I would never return here as the location does not practice hygiene nor cleanliness. They clearly do not care about their customers, if they don’t even care to keep their tools and work stations Hygienic. This has never ever ever happened in my 30 years of life, so I know that this place has to be disgusting with a black light. Don’t come here."

"Me and my partner went to get our nails done and they were so respectful and nice. The place was very clean and has a nice aesthetic. I love my nails and she followed the exact design"
