"The customer service is great! Erica knows everyone that walks in the door and makes it a point to greet each customer by name. They are very accommodating with scheduling. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed twice during the pandemic and a powder gel manicure once. They have been very vigilant with health precautions. Each client’s temperature is taken upon entering and the staff spray hand sanitizer for them. I do want to give the heads up that prices have risen due to covid precautions."
"The ladies at Elegant Nails are kind and endearing. Erica, Candy and the rest of the girls are very sweet. I always feel welcome. My finger, toe nails and eyebrows look amazing. Candy gives great massages. The facility is amazingly clean. The ladies are so organized. There's so many nail salons in Larchmont but Elegant Nails is the place to be."
