"You get 2 weeks of free A/C then you have to pay! Also if your handicap they don’t have elevators or a ramps to reach the amenities, so all that “free food” that you technically pay for because of the meal plan you can’t even use. It’s also first come first serve. They don't Have a Package room, So if You have a Package that Comes after They close, it's just Left on The doorstep Of the Building...Don’t Spend Your money. Here, Go somewhere else where it doesn't feel like you live in a crackhouse with busted furniture. It. Edit: I know I'm not a resident, as I am currently a sophomore on campus. However, I do have friends at PLS and have visited PLS on numerous occasions, and This is just my opinion. I am not sure who the manager you mentioned at lakeside commons is because non of my close friends can afford to live there. It is only hearsay from the utility perspective as I do not want to disclose people on your property. For the package room, I may have worded that in a way that I did not intend to, and I apologize for that; what I meant to say was that there have been numerous packages left in the front of the building and have had my friends put other peoples packages in the package room. My friends also paid for the meal plan in their first year of living and immensely enjoyed the food you provided, except for times when its gone and they were not able to eat the food you offered; as I mentioned, first come, first serve, which is weird when they pay for a plan. I will leave this review up so that others know my perspective. If this is how you respond to negative reviews, then I will be looking elsewhere; thank you, and have a nice day."

"I just moved in this semester and I love it!! Safe building and good sized fully furnished rooms/units, our own movie theater, gym, free parking, and more (: Jamie is amazing, super kind and helpful. Free parking and if you don’t gave a car it’s a 25 minute walk to campus but they also provide a free shuttle to campus. For all of this, it’s still significantly cheaper than on campus housing. Definitely recommend for SUNY Oswego students! (:"

"I highly recommend Premier Living Suites for college students! I’ve lived here for over 2 years and I truly love it here. The apartments are spacious and clean and the building has a lot to offer (gym, movie theater, gaming room, dancing room, study lounge). Jamie, the property manager is extremely caring and helpful, she goes out of her way to make PLS feel like home. No other place compares to Premier Living Suites, it is definitely worth the price."

"5/5 I would live there again even longer if I knew about the place sooner. The property manager is nothing but helpful if you face an inconvenience. My friends and I loved having a movie theater in the building for late night movies after a long day of classes. Having the gym made it is easier to work out between classes instead of driving to planet fitness. Also they run a shuttle to accommodate getting students to campus who don't have a car or don't wanna take their car."
