"I received a gel manicure and after two days my nails started to chip and looked horrible, I went back to get the gel taken off and was told they were not taking anymore customers for the day, I also was not able to get a refund. Very bad customer service and the main worker was very rude, so I didn’t waste my time arguing with her. I went across the block to Helianthus Esthetics + Nail Bar and they gladly removed my polish for me free of charge. The customer service there was much better and the Salon itself was much cleaner and more inviting. Will not be going back to Mets nails ever again, I wish I could give 0 stars."

"Omg this place have the rudest staff ever and the owner is not any better. The would always say they not taking anyone more yet doing nails for family and friends after . Also they would say they don't take appointments over the phone yet ur there when they are taking appointments over the phone . Stuff are not sterilize in a proper manner."

"Used to go to Mets Nails for years, since they were called Hannas. They have always given the best pedicures. Since I moved, I don't get to go anymore, but I was in the area and was excited to get my pedicure on this day. The woman watched a tv show on her phone the entire time, barely paying attention to what she was doing! She gave me NO massage, which is part of the pedicure experience and one of the things I was looking forward to. She did not clean under my nails well, and did not cut the corners. It was a complete waste of $30 and I will never go back. Plus, they desperately need to upgrade the pedicure chairs."

"Pedicures are phenomenal!!! Manicures I don't get done there so I can't comment. All the girls are good, but ask for Ada, Carla, Sara, or Lucy. The lady in the last chair by the back door us good as well. She's been there for years."
