"The service I received was ok, though my nail technician didn't speak 1 word to me throughout my pedicure and sns manicure. I am from new jersey so I'm not sure what NY state laws are for sanitation of tools but I'm pretty sure rinsing them in the room temperature pedicure water my feet were currently in does not sanitize them between use. In the state I live in (new jersey) they typically use new tools for each person or at least sanitize in those machines. Thankfully this has not caused an issue/infection but it definitely concerned me. I will say my sns manicure is staying very well a week and a half in and no chipping or peeling"

"I went here today for manicure, pedicure and eyebrow waxing. Start to finish 21 minutes for all 3 services. No massage in either the mani or the pedi. They cut my finger in several places during the cuticle trim. The nail polish must be mixed with remover because it does not cover well and is gritty. They need to take more care and use better products. It is unlikely I will return since there are many local places that do a better job for a similar price."
