"Save your time and money horrible customer service. Nail tech shaped my nails uneven and when I told her she proceeded to act as if she didn’t know what I was talking about. Furthermore she started talking to the other tech in their language … the other lady comes over see her mistake says something in their language again and then tech doing my nails says it’s because of my nail. I left with uneven nails and my cuticles not fully cleaned lol.. Overpriced as well"

"Expensive for no reason. Charge 3 dollars more then all other places. Why I do not know. Won't be going back. They even press you for tips."

"Horrible customer service. The guy that sits in front did my nails, apparently he had something more important to he . It was a mess when he was done and told me I had to pay to get the acrylic removed and pay yo redo it. He said something to them.in there language and they all started laughing. If o could give no stars I would. Would want my dog to go there. He once used a sharp object to get my acrylic off. He bled so much then have the nerve to tell me that it's my fault. Never again. Place is overpriced too. The prioritize their long time customers over new comers.. they put them in a chair before you although you came in before them. Having people sitting and waiting for hrs. They'd neblver get another dollar out of me."

They do not know how to effectively communicate with their customers. Every time my friends and I go here we instantly regret it. Currently looking for a new nail salon! They do not care about their services AT ALL"
