"This was my first time at this salon today and let me tell y’all I will not be going back!!!!! Upon arrival I asked if walk-in are available and they said yes. I showed my concept and was pointed to be service by one of the lady’s on the back. Before even sitting I expressed I wanted my nails soaked off and a fresh set applied that everybody said yes yes ok too. So tell me why this woman starting ripping off my mail with another nail extension!!!!! I’m telling her that she’s hurting me and she still proceeds then looks at me and tells me I can’t get a soak off. Like wat!!! No way I was paying $130 which I hve no problem paying cause I pay that ALL THE DAMN TIME FOR MY NAILS, wen I’m asking for a simple fukking soak off."

"At Bay Plaza at 10:30 0n January 1st. Workers sleeping on the area I get nails done. Snoring, sneezing. It's disgusting. Where is the boss? Place is filthy."

"I arrived at the place, and I said, "How long does a basic manicure take?" and they said 20 minutes. I got a new one that went so badly that I told him I'll do it myself. How do you hire a new one without a supervisor? The worst experience. When paying, I told him that I was not going to pay, and the manager replied that the boy did the work and that he was in the camara. I told him perfect, amen, I want to see the cameras. He got nervous and said, "Give me 10.00. What a shame. He didn't know anything."
