"would give 0 stars if I could. Ms Choi is terrible. We made an appointment at 3pm. I was there at 3pm and she took someone else who walked in the door one minute before me. I saw the person walking in as I was. That wasn't the worst part... she actually tried to lie to my face and ask me if I am sure it was her I called. Then when I told her you know good and well we spoke on the phone she tried to laugh it off and say "oh cute baby". She proceeded to say that Alice nails would send someone in 10 minutes. I walked over to Alice to see if that was true since it has been confirmed Ms. Choi is a liar and they said not for another 45 minutes would someone be available. I would never go here again for the simple fact that she did not keep an appointment and then attempted to insult my intelligence."
"Choi is the best!!! She does my chrome nails soooo good and they last so long!! 10/10 recommend :)"
"I loved the experience! Both me and my mom had gotten our nails done at the salon and we couldn’t be happier with the final product!"
"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This place is associated with Alice Nails. I actually think this salon is not ready to be open for business. They don’t have fans to dry your pedicure . When I made my appointment I asked if they had covers for the pedicure tub. They said yes and when I arrived they didn’t they had to go across the street to Alice Nails to get a cover. They had to go across the street a few times to get nail polish and other supplies. The nail tech didn’t know how to remove my gel powder. She filed the top of my nails so much that when she applied the nail polish it burned. She used poor quality nail polish and it took forever to dry powder gel which is normally quick to dry. My nails chipped the next day and an hour later were smudged. The place has potential but it was one of the worst nail experiences. The place has potential it’s nice and clean inside but the service and quality Is very poor."
