V.I.P Nail

"Never ever again. They’ll starts out telling you it’s gonna be $48 for a full set and you walk out paying $82 (+$15 tip; I always still believe in paying the artist for their time as I’ve worked in service for many years) because they don’t mention the additional charges until the end. Of course I am aware designs and shape changes usually cost extra; however this salon takes advantage. I went in for a full set, my nails were naked. They didn’t clip them, push back cuticles, nothing. I had a reference photo for a super simple design, just some glittery lines intersecting to create sort of a lightning effect. The person decided to use AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PHOTO that I did not bring, from their phone as a reference. Now I’m not super picky and I figured it’s just a little more squigqly than I asked for but it was cute so I let them continue. They kept trying to add more glitter polishes (gold and rose gold, me refusing…thankfully because it prob would’ve been even MORE) but when I asked for rhinestones like I ACTUALLY wanted I was told “these will be beautiful” like they didn’t want to give me the option, and talked to eachother in kinda hushed annoyed tones. It was very odd. It also happened when I asked if I could pause to use the restroom after a layer drying, and since three our four staff members aaaall started talking at once in their native tongue, I felt like I did something wrong. I said I’d just wait till the end and got a bunch of laughs. I truly tried to just take everything with a grain of salt. Until I got my bill. So I was left with a completely different design than I asked for, and charged TWENTY DOLLARS just for the line designs…$2 for two rhinestones, one of which is hella crooked. $5 for shape which I understand on a shape CHANGE but this is a fresh set. $5 for the nails to be kept long. None of these things mentioned or posted on their prices. Again. I’m not a super picky person and try to give the benefit of the doubt, but if you’re not ready to spend more than double the quoted price for something that they didn’t even TRY to follow your reference for….don’t waste your time."

"Rushed buff and shine. Wouldn’t come back, also kept snagging on my skin and didn’t get the right cuticle. Never again."

"Awful. I would never recommend anyone to go here. I dropped my son off to get mani and pedi with his dad for their bdays. They were forced into getting clear gel color( of course because it’s more expensive and convenient for them)when these are technically two men that have no idea about what the difference may be to a reg gel mani. I’m so disgusted by this place. They literally robbed us I would never ever give them a penny or my money again. Really considering reporting them!!!!!"

"This is my 3 time going to this nail salon and every time I get disappointment. I was there on Friday, and by Saturday gel was falling off my fingers without even washing dishes. They charge you additional cost for extra services and you end up paying a harm and a leg and their service is not good. They are costly, but not worth going to. Right now I have redo my nails and today is Monday."

"Im embarrassed to say that I actually paid for this pedicure! Dare I call this a pedicure I could’ve done better myself at home! If i could give no stars I would. It lasted 15 minutes I still have lots of dead skin on my toes they could’ve just buffed it away ! I wouldn’t take a free pedicure from them ever again don’t waste your money !!"
