"My normal nail place was closed so I went here with 2 broken nails needing tips. Instead or taking off polish or soaking my nails off they hacked at my nails & acrylic with a split up metro card & destroyed every nail on one hand. I left needing 7 tips. Next person behind me who was a regular got to soak so they know what to do but didn’t! Extremely upsetting to have grown my nails long to have them destroy my nails & me need to start over."
