"I want to start by saying the place is absolutely GHETTO! Had a terrible experience there. Some young chick named “Dutty” had an IG page and by the looks of the photos I fell in love with “her work”. I put down a deposit to secure my spot. The night I went, I waited close to an hour to be seen. Then she told me the tips I wanted she didn’t have. I’m thinking we’ll borrow some tips from another tech. Long story short I requested a specific kind of style and this amateur ended up giving me the complete opposite. I paid her the rest of the money through cash app and disputed the charges with my bank. I should’ve never paid her in the first place. She got wind of the dispute and slandered me and posted my name and phone number all throughout social media. LMAO! Lucky for her it was a fake number i used. This business is fraudulent and non professional to say the least. Don’t bother!"
"Honestly I wasn’t going to write anything but The more I think about it the more annoyed I get. Save your money. I went to get my lash done. There where so many red flags and I kept ignoring them because I wanted to do my lashes being that my birthday was a few days away. They are not sanitary at all, tweezers that were being used on clients eyes would fall on the floor and they will pick it up and start using them without disinfecting. The floor was so dirty. I was 10 minutes early to my appointment and I still had to wait another hour because the she was working on someone else. This guy that walked in and started giving the lash tech conversation that was supposed to be working with my eyes so that took up even more time and it took her longer to get to me. She had him hand her over materials to use on the lady that she was working on again he didn’t wash his hands he wasn’t a lash tech it was just a guy that walked from outside that was grabbing and touching all the area where everything is supposed to be sanitized. When she finally gets to m, another red flag she didn’t clean my lashes she started putting lashes not isolating my lashes which I automatically realized that she wasn’t isolating them and she only took 30 minutes to apply individual lashes. I pulled out my phone to look at the final results cause I didn’t get a mirror and they looked good so I was I was happy. When I get to the car that I’m looking very closely on my mirror I realize that she put clusters of lashes on top of four or five lashes. The lashes weren’t fan out they were just clumps of lashes literally just glued onto my lashes. It was so painful to laugh. The next day I woke up with my eye swollen. On the third day when I actually washed my lashes, most of them fell off together with some of mine. I had some already looking sideways because of the placement it wasn’t properly place on my lash so when they started growing out the lashes just started going everywhere this was only the third day and I paid $140 for the service. They did offer for me to come back so that they can fix it free of charge. But honestly I was just over it. There was a lot of other little things but honestly it’s small details and I’m not just gonna add every little thing that happened here."
"This was my second time coming here and it was so unorganized that I will not be going back there. The nail tech that does my nails usually fired them from home before he started working there. And his home is where I'll be going to when it's time to get my fill."
"I went to this nail salon for the first time one week ago while visiting NY. I got a fill in with gel + one nail design for $50. I also got a Pedicure with gel (with the youngest girl in there) = $40 Although the girls were fairly polite to me, the skill level of both girls that worked on me were LOW. I had to constantly request that they fix and clean this and that and yet left with unsatisfying results. Pedicure : The young lady barely cleaned off the cuticle area and the paint job was messy. Fill in: I had to point out spots she missed to paint and cover. She also excessively filed the sides of my nails when shaping causing it to burn multiple times. I could tell that they were still learning and had not perfected their craft. Especially the youngest girl that worked on my feet. I was so ready to get out of there and thought I could just deal with it. However, one week later I'm finding myself ready to pay and get everything fixed elsewhere. A total of $90 gone to waste. According to my experience, I will not be returning and do not recommend. See my one week later results in pictures attached"
"DO NOT COME HERE. I paid 60 for this and it is horrible. I waited 2 hours to get my nails done. Music was blasting the entire time and the other Hispanic customers skipped my friend and I who were waiting for the 2 hrs. (And no it wasn't because they had an appt. Because even though they say book your appt. They only do walk ins. I asked and checked the website). When the lady started my nails she was rushing, being rough and was on her phone the entire time. She cut me more than once and when I said ow she continues. She only put one coat of nail polish and when she messed up the nail polish she didn't fix it she left it with scraped polish. She was eating French fries as she did my nails and drinking beer. She asked me what color I wanted and then dropped the color nail polish because she was texting. I asked for clear nail with all small crystals she colored my nail pink after I said no I want it clear and proceeded to put big crystals that gradually got smaller after I said small. She couldn't understand any English which is understandable but then don't accept customers whom you can't communicate with. She initially said my style would cost 55 and then after putting a few crystals on my nail charged me 60. This was horrible. I will never return it was a waste of my money and these were my prom nails. She ruined them before I even left the store."
