"Horrible.. the gel polish chipped & was given a different color on where it chipped & not fixed & today another nail.. the woman said there is nothing wrong.. don't recommend this place @ all"

"I called in ahead of time there were 2 people in the actual building when I showed up. I had to wait about 30 minutes. He never pushed my cuticles in. He just roughly filed in my old nail Polish off and apply glue. The guy was incredibly rough with my skin. I've been getting my nails done for over 10 years and this was the worst experience I've ever had. He was filing as though I was a mannequin. It was insensitive at the very least. He over applied the acrylic on the nailbed And it went all over my skin. It was all very rushed. The acrylic got glued to my actual skin, Instead of applying it more carefully he continued to pierce and forcefully separate the acrylic from my skin with his nail. It was extremely painful and made me very uncomfortable I winced and he didn't seem to care. He didn't once ask if I was OK and he never apologized for making my fingers bleed. That wasn't even the worst part because then he started filing my nails and he was entirely reckless with his approach. He grazed over my skin multiple times leaving abrasions that are clear to see. More than 3 fingernails bled. I had to advise him to be careful because my skin was bleeding at which point he said oh and then poured oil solution on it... Which made it burn 10 times more. Seemed like he just wanted me to leave and so he was trying to rush the job because though my nails from far away look the closer you look The more mistakes you find that are very easy to see. My middle nail Is miss aligned to the tip entirely and it is really visible and obvious. I don't know why hes allowed to continue working there because he's not good at what he does. He did not once apologize I read the reviews and realized that more women have experienced this. How come hes not being coached or taught better? It was obvious I was in pain. I WAS BLEEDING. I paid and left. Please do not go to the guy. My fingers are still burning and bruised."

"I received the fasted pedicure in life (10 min). Toe nails not cut down and many step missed. I had to ask her to do every step over. I felt like I was a bother and felt not comfortable asking her to do the complete service. No foot massage and beneath basic service."

"Usually I get pedicures all the time and look forward to a relaxing experience. I came today and I was very uncomfortable. The pros of coming here: -Paying $20 -Quick -Availability Cons of coming here: - Rushed - Careless - Rough - Paint on skin - Painful when removing ingrown nails. Caused me to bleed and leave uncomfortable. and he seemed not to care when I said it was painful and saw blood come out. I suggest you only come here if you are in a rush and you do get the service you pay for. $20"

"Would not return. Rushed, rough, and poor attention to detail Rushed application, tips placed on very crooked and off center, glue and acrylic was left all over so my nails are stuck to edges of my fingers, one nail randomly broke off after 6 days and I had to pay for the repair. Repair was half placed on my nail and the acrylic/glue left all over edges. Lastly, she was so rushed that she was not gentle when filing my nail and burned my cuticle area. Nail left square-ish, super thick, and half applied. I had to ask for her to clean up the details after both visits. For the price and service I wouldn't go again. Could also be more hygienic (new file was not used on me) edit: more nails are broken... as nails grow out the crooked nail tips are very noticeable."
