"I’ve been paying taxes for 21yrs and have NEVER owed until the last two years. The only difference is that I’ve used HR Block those years. We filed ‘20-‘21 together because of the pandemic. My wife was laid off for almost 5 months in 2020, yet somehow we owed $2700 that year, which was the same for 2021 which makes no sense. Worst part was they gave our stuff to a guy that stopped doing taxes that week. We had to call multiple times over a 3 month period to find out why our stuff wasn’t done. Absolutely no compensation at all. This year we claimed 17yr old twins from my wife. 3 weeks passed and we got a call that one was already claimed by someone. Another 2 weeks pass and another phone call about the other twin already being claimed. Our owed amount has changed multiple times and we have no clue what’s going on. When we filed 2yrs together it cost us $150, this year it was almost triple that, why is that?? We got a message on the app saying we will be refunded the money paid to do our taxes because of all the issues on their end, now no one will respond to when we will get that money."

Got a woman that didn't speak English last year, had them re done in williamsville by an excellent tax pro, he promised to do my taxes this year, however he wasn't at the promised location, when I called this location the secretary would not give me her name and hung up on me 5 times. All I got from her was they were to busy to honer my appointment."
