"Do not go here. They made an error on my 2020 taxes and when I asked them to reimburse me for the accrued interest I was charged (reasonable request right?) they stopped responding to me. These people are not knowledgeable or professional at all. Find another place to get your taxes done."

"If i could give zero stars I would. Place is absolutely the worst, I advise to stay away. They have taken on way to many clients, to return any phone calls or to answer questions. Between my wife and my self it took us 9 phone calls &1 stop in visit to find out the status of our taxes. Barb falls asleep while she meets with you, and constantly talks down to you. This place has been reported to the IRS."

"My husband has been going here since he was a young adult. Then we started to go together, then my sister and her husband started here also. The woman we used to see was magical, fast, had us in and out. Last year however, we had a woman who was HORRIBLE. We were there forever, SHE made US google information that she should've known. I am also positive she was higher than a kite. Will NEVER be back, and will also deter our friends and family from going here."

"Would give no stars if possible. I dropped off my taxes and was told it would be 7-10 days. They had them for 6 weeks and never done them. I called multiple times being told they’ll put them at the top and call back the next week. Staff there are very unprofessional. Receptionist were very rude and argumentative. I finally had to get my paperwork to take to another accountant. Would stay far away from this place"
