"Ken and his team came as a referral from a fellow coworker. I have to say it was one of the worst experiences as a client/customer I've ever had. Without going into every detail, the office is disorganized and not the most aesthetically pleasing, he and his team made three mistakes on my behalf with which I had to call and tell him. These mistakes caused overdraft fees as well as multiple trips to his office. When I left messages asking for clarification they never called back. I had to continue calling until he was working. They admitted to making mistakes, but also said that I was "unreasonable" for being upset and asking verifying questions. There is a concerning lack of professionalism and accountability with Ken and his team. He's inexpensive and you are definitely getting what you pay for."
