"We've been using the Cleaning Authority for years. The owners who took over last year are great. In general, they hire good people, although some teams are better than others. Shirley calls to confirm each appointment and follows up if there are any issues. The cleaning people are trust worthy and hardy working. We're happy with their service!"

I have a monster walk-in shower with floor to ceiling glass doors (you can actually open a 6ft ladder inside of it!) and the girls were able to clean it better than I ever could. Theresa and Christine were thorough, polite, and efficient. They cleaned areas of my home that are difficult to reach and not part of my regular cleaning areas; absolutely worth it!"

"STAY FAR AWAY! You think you are going to have a more professional experience than your regular cleaning service because of the brochures and uniforms. Absolutely not the case! 1) The manager is impossible to reach-always “out in the field”. 2) I should have known when I was the one following up multiple days in a row to find out why I hadn’t been scheduled for the day requested, as discussed. 3) Then the crew finally comes and leaves the trash bags on my driveway, although I left instructions to put the trash in my garbage bins inside the garage. Animal got to it at night and I woke up to a disgusting mess all over my driveway. Now, after waiting for 6 hours to receive a return phone call after multiple messages, Leonor (manager) says, “As a one time courtesy, she will send someone to take care of it. That the animal caused the mess, not her.” What??!! Let me tell you something about customer service, Leonor. When someone pays you money to clean their home, and your crew causes a mess for lack of following instruction and common sense, your response should be, “I’m sorry for the inconvenience my crew has caused you. We will take care of it right away and it will never happen again.” Needless to say, will not be using them again. Terrible."
