To ensure personalized service, we recommend booking an appointment online or calling (716) 902-6901 to reserve time with a Tax Pro. Walk-ins are also welcome at our 2290 Delaware Ave office. "First off made an appointment in Advanced. Walked in 10mins before my appoint even starts. And I’m told I have to wait an hr because someone is ahead of me… what was the point of making an appointment if I’m going to be waiting an hr +.
