"I had a mostly good experience but I was a little frustrated with the initial confusion when I initially set up my appointment as I had already dealt with over a month misinformation & lack of responses while trying to find help with my taxes before going to H&R Block. The cost of getting my taxes done was also quite alarming and more than I was initially told and it took longer to complete my taxes than what I was originally told, so that affected my score, too. But I was grateful that my tax helper did what he could to bring to the cost down and I do understand that that some of the time loss was beyond his control due to technical difficulties. Most of all I was happy to finally deal with someone able to help help me with my taxes that was friendly, knowledgeable and completely capable to do them."

"My tax preparer was a gentleman named Ronald Tyner Brooks. He was very thorough and help me with my 401k. He did my 2018 and 2019 taxes and saw that I was owed a refund that I wasn't even expecting. The man is highly skilled and I recommend him to anybody who wants to get their taxes done. Very Professional. Also a ex Co Worker from a previous company I worked at also works there! That was a pleasant surprise. Plus it's right in the neighborhood."
