"Don't you even waste your time going there. Employee did not show up and did not get a call and at all. Waited for 30mins and nothing was communicated. Went to Jackson Hewitt and helped me right away."

"Normally I come here every year. This is the first year it was absolutely horrible. I normally get a Xmas loan and the young lady messed up my name when I repeatedly said your spelling my name wrong remind you she had my ID. She submitted my info tho I told her she was spelling my name wrong. She tried fixing it but waited 15 mins for a email from whoever when she submitted she put my name in wrong.Then she went on about how the day threy opened they were so busy that everyone there was messing up.She taken down my name and email with phone number said she'll call when the mistake can be fixed. So just to lyk apparently they mess up a lot."

"My tax returns are a bit complicated and I can no longer figure it out myself, so last year I went to H&R Block in Shop City and Alice was able to do my return pretty quickly. This year, I stupidly waited until the last minute and showed up the day before the deadline. I ended up having to wait 45 minutes for the preparer with whom I had an appointment. The guy at the desk was clearly stressed out and a bit short with me, but hey, it was the day before. Alice had moved to a different location and Lynn did my taxes this time. Again, I waited too long and initially, she found one of my documents unclear and confusing. I offered to leave everything with her so she wouldn't feel pressured. She was able to figure everything out and I picked everything up and filed the next day. Again, I know I waited too long and won't do that again. My only complaint is the price. It seemed rather high, but what are you gonna do, right? They filed everything for me and I paid both NYS and Federal tax (painfully) by the end of the day. Thanks Lynn for your patience. Hope to see you next year much, much earlier!!!"
