"Initial work was completed promptly by field crew. Follow-up was needed to fix a leaking shower door. Service manager said he would handle it. I called three consecutive weeks only to be told he’ll call me when he’s available. I haven’t received a call after waiting three months. I’ve moved on to another company. Reply to owner's response: Yes, this was another company's install, but you accepted the job. The last thing you told me was you would you would call me to follow up on the leak. You never called me. This is poor customer service. Your response shows you can't admit when you are wrong. I just want future customers to know what kind of character you have."

"Needed a small piece of 1/16" glass for my rear house door. Called and was able to pick up within a couple hours. Perfectly cut to my specifications. Friendly service both over the phone as well as in person. Very affordable as well. They will be my first call for any future glass needs."

"Save your time and money by avoiding Jamestown Glass and go to D&S Glass. $75 per piece for 7" x 7" pyrex glass. Also, they don't stock it because apparently it's too expensive. After waiting a full week with them keeping me on the hook, the shipment never came in. I had to call them to get that info. Got pissed, called D&S. Guess what? Pyrex glass in stock. They will cut it to size, fit the glass in my frame and only charge me $55. Call D&S Glass like I did, it saved me $100 and if I would have done it sooner, a week of my time."
