"Always got furnace filters there for my high efficiency furnace. Was quoted a price by Turk. When I picked them up, I didn't have the info he had quoted with me. The price seemed much higher, so when I got home I saw the price was about 10 dollars higher. When I got home, I noticed the price on one of the filters was the amount I was quoted by Turk.I called them back to see why I was charged more.The person I spoke with who would not identify himself said it was a mistaken quote and it happens!! Bring them back if I wanted, since I stated I could get them on line cheaper. He said " then do it"!! I did take them back for a refund and spoke to the floor manager..Billie who apologized, but really why would you employ such a sexist..rude person ever!! I will never do business there again!!"

"I have recently bought a house and have had had to do alot of home projects. WIth how expensive things have been I decided to try and fix the ignitor for my furnace myself. The people here were very nice and knowledgeable. After speaking with them about what my issue they gave me some advise about checkign to see if there was an error blinking like in my furnace. Ultimately that $40+ part was all I needed to fix it and now I have heat again!"

"So many small parts are available and they have very knowledgeable employees. They also cut custom glass and plexiglass. Oh, and they will rescreen items too."

"Always good people to work with, lots of knowledge to share with the homeowner on a project. Obviously smaller inventory than a big box store so you may not have six different colors of the same thing. But they will have the items that you need and often things not carried in big box stores. All reasons they are still going strong after 60 plus years."

"Very impressed. Not a owner operator independent hardware ( backed by Pro) but old school kinda place. Cashier right up front and have a little bit of a lot of stuff. Lots of heating/cooling ducts and plumbing. Surprised how much stuff they fit in that store."
