"This place has done what no one else has before. I figured my water treatment system needed updating so I brought my water sample for testing. They tested it and sold me the appropriate units. When I was installing it, I had some questions so I called them and they answered them patiently and walked me through it. THEN.... the next day, Brian called me up asking how it all went, if it's working properly, am I satisfied and is there anything they can do. NO ONE at ANY company has EVER followed up after I have done business with them. Many, many thanks. You have my business and hopefully many more people will to. You won't go wrong with these guys."

"I called and spoke to Dave about a well pump pressure problem I was having after trying two different pumps with low pressure. He asked me to bring in the two pumps to try on their test stand. He checked both pumps and found that both pumps were NG. He had the new pump I needed in stock and sold it to me $100 below list price because of a bad experience I had with a local plumbing company the day before. Dave was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The service I received was outstanding. I would highly recommend the folks at Ground Water Systems for any water/well issues you are having."

"I would strongly recommend avoiding this business, because the manager Joe Testa is dishonest and unethical. He assured me that the submersible pump I bought from him would come with a five year warranty. Even though the price through him was considerably more expensive than online, I purchased through this company because of that warranty, and because of a desire to support local businesses. I was disappointed that they did not assemble the two parts of the pump for me, and even more disappointed when the four nuts and bolts required for this assembly were missing. Then, when it was clear the two parts would not mate together without a little bit of grinding of the mating surfaces, I specifically asked the employee Dave if my using the grinder to facilitate this would void the five-year warranty. He said it would not. My mild modification was successful, and the pump was effectively assembled by me, using the four nuts and bolts that they subsequently provided. Dave told me a warranty document would be emailed or mailed to me. After 2 weeks, I called to let him know I was still waiting for the warranty. Much to my bewilderment, however, Mr Testa adamantly refused to provide any documentation of the five year warranty that had been promised, saying “I don’t provide any paperwork for warranties” and “I really don’t care“. Save yourself the aggravation, and avoid this place. Go with a business that does care, keeps its word, and stands behind its products."

"I called Groundwater Systems and spoke with Bob who was very knowledgeable and willing to answer my numerous questions with regard to the repacking of a column type PolyGlass 948 carbon/gravel filter. In addition, they were one of the only suppliers in the area to have what I needed and the experience to explain it. Repack was completed today and clear water tonight was wonderful. I cannot say enough positive comments here but I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of advice and superior product."
