"They’re a great place for anything you need for your furnace.. BUT they treat you different especially if you are not!! A contractor even in price.. TAKE YOU TO THE CLEANERS!!! I had them order a hamster wheel blower motor and they whacked the HE - double hockey stick out of me on shipping. $50 freight it was supposed to be and they took me for over $150.. also for the part itself I was told 2 different prices and the last price went up over $100.. I was in a pinch so I took it like a champ.. but I will never go back to them and I learned to just order parts on my own.. I don’t need to feel like I’m a joke bc I’m not a contractor or my money isn’t good enough"
