Reviews of Four Mile Creek Preserve
"Great little hike! Did this with a kindergarten class. It was a bit wet/slippery but it was easy for all. The trail is well marked we did the blue and some red trail. It was flat (some covered roots beware) there were fun board walks and bridge over a creek. The leaf colors were great and it was mostly just us on the trail. Pretty peaceful will definitely be going back with our kids and dog!. Path is narrow and mostly walked single file. Enjoy! Remember to check for ticks after!!"
"Great, well kept trail that offers different hiking levels based on how far you hike; beginner, intermediate, expert. Areas of water, plenty of trees to discover as well as wildlife."
"Absolutely beautiful preserve. A few nice well thought out trails , cool old cars to see, and the paths are coherent and connect with each other in ways that are easy to understand. Do be aware though, there is a range off a ways from the trial but you can still hear the gunshots regularly. Not a big deal. Enjoyed it a lot"
"Beautiful trails, easy to make it a nice long or short hike. Beautifully built boardwalks and bridges and a few nice benches with a view"
"A really nice hike, the kids even did all the loops with us. Mainly flat, very easily marked. The only downfall is that I heard cars from many parts of the trail and I prefer a little more secluded silence."
