"Definitely for more aggressive mountain biking, the trails were not marked as well as I would have hoped. However I was able to figure it out! Lots of obstacles, will be back…"
"Hilly park and great for mountain biking just be careful with the small pieces of broken glass on the red trails, some seemed to be big enough to puncture a tire. Other than that trails were quite alright for steep hiking although a few were blocked off by fallen trees also there are no garbage cans at the parking area. There is a nice view of the swamp land before the bay."
"For challenging mountain biking, this is one of the best locations in Rochester. There's variety in the terrain, but this isn't a great place for beginners. Wear your helmet. Steep ups and downs, roots, rocks and everything else. If the trail has an obstacle at the head, and you can't pass it on your bike, don't go on that trail. There are good flat sections out there too. There are walkers in the park, so be watchful and share the trails. Great views by the bay end. Check the map for details. Plenty of parking. Close to Bay Park West, another great spot."
"Cool park but not much to do unless you're really into mountain biking. There are trails to hike as well, but most people know it for mountain biking."
