JN Nails

"I’m normally not one to post reviews but I was here last week to get my acrylic nails done on Wednesday. On Thursday I called and requested to come in and have my nail fixed because one was already lifting at the bottom. When I got there the person doing my nail was trying to go quickly and cut me. I got home and turned my laundry over and another nail completely fell off. I went back on Friday and had that one fixed by Monday another nail was already lifting at the bottom. I’ve been having acrylic nails done for years now and they normally last me 2-3 weeks without lifting. I am very frustrated by the situation and while the woman on the phone was nice about it, there were a few employees in the store who were rude to me when I came in the store to have the work done."

"I had an appointment at 5:30, they did not get me in the chair until 7:00. They said they could accommodate reservation for 3 people, but they did not as I had to wait so long. The nail tech told me she could do a specific length, shape and design. The shape is completely wrong no matter how much I asked her to change it. She could not do the design and ended up doing a much more simple one and still charged me even though it was not what I asked for. And she hit my skin so many times that a day later my fingers are still hurting me and are cut up and scabbed. She did not apologize every time I told her she hurt me and just continued doing it. And then she proceeded to still charge me $90 for a set that was completely wrong from what I originally asked for. I am extremely disappointed with this service."
