"I was disappointed. I brought in several polo shirts to see if Handy Dandy could get food and coffee stains out of them. They assured me they could. When I picked them up I checked all the shirts before leaving. Not one had any stains removed. When I addressed this with them there was no apologies or anything and they still charged me full price.
