"Came in during slow hours and my nail tech was doing amazing. She cared about not pinching me or making me bleed, and the shape of my nails were phenomenal. However, after some people came in, she started rushing and the nail color and the lines became uneven, not fully colored, and just not worth what I paid for.. I am very disappointed to be getting this before the holidays.."

"Call ahead before arrival. When walking in i was to “get my gel polish.” I asked for color dip and was told they didn’t do it. The lady that sits in the front that did my nails was extremely rude and rushed the whole process. She kept my change! So she just assumed she was getting tipped ! My nails are not even they are different shapes and sizes (I specifically wanted coffin) not what I wanted. Here’s a photo a week after."

"I went into r nails spa for a fill, and the same day the acrylic broke. So I went back into the nail spa for a nail repair. And it broke again at this point I want a full refund of 25$. 20$ for my fill and 5$ for the nail repair because there is no way my nail should of broke the first time let alone after the repair. Have to better Lee. I will be in Monday 1/31/2022 for a full refund thank you."

"I gave 3 stars because they took me in right away without having an appt. For that I'm grateful. Time was of the essence and my regular spot was booked. My overall experience was pleasant with the exception of product I received. The nail tech was nice and accommodating. But when somethings not right and you know it's not right, don't try to play it off. Admit to it and offer to correct it. It's all about the customer's satisfaction. My issue is the color of the dip and the design on the nail. I came in with a dark blue dip with a design. I told her I wanted a dark blue dip. She gave me the color samples and I found the perfect dark blue. I showed her the design, but it was too difficult for her, so I made it simple and she agreed 'no problem'. She used the dip which was a lighter shade, more like tealish. She said it will darker when she applies some other stuff. I'm like OK. But it didn't, it was a darker shade of teal. The simple design she said no problem, apparently was a problem because it's all jacked up. I told her about the color and she's telling me 'well you can see the blue'. No ya can't. Anyway, I didn't have time to debate or anything else, again, time was of the essence. I just won't be going back."

"I am disappointed with the work that I got done. I had a pedicure and dip powder with extensions. The pedicure turned out nice the only thing that was wrong was my feet were still rough. I also showed the nail tech what I wanted my nails to look like and it looked nothing like how I imagined it. I eventually ended up going to a different nail salon to get my nails redone."
