"***This review is for installation only*** I just had quartz counters installed by this company. I purchased the counter from K-Kitchen on Walden in Depew/Cheektowaga. These guys were contracted to handle the install. I never caught the names of the two guys that worked on my project but they were really nice. We had a great conversation while they worked. They came on time and finished quickly. (Again i had no dealings with their office so I can't speak on that)"

"The worst customer experience I have had in my life. Amy was a pleasure to work with but the owner Frank was beyond rude. My daughter was so distressed by his behavior that she agreed to anything to get him out of her house. Ironically, I heard from two other families in East Aurora in the same week who were also subject to the same bizarre and hostile behavior. In one case, the family (McSwan) actually had to ask him to leave the house. His behavior was witnessed by another contractor (70 years old) who was visibly "rattled" by the experience. Frank left this house furious and peeled out of the driveway. A full report will be submitted shortly to the Chamber of Commerce and the BBB. This man is unwell- stay away! Chris Kerr"

"Buyer beware! I went to several countertop places and decided to go with Sortie...which was a huuuuge mistake! The customer service is horrific and they do not care about helping their customers. I told them exactly what I wanted and they were unable to follow through with my wishes. The manager, Kim, has no customer service qualities whatsoever! And Amy never wrote the write information on my contract so I got screwed with my corners, although I showed photos of the exact counter I wanted. Months I tried to dispute with them and nothing ended up getting accomplished. Save yourself the time and hassle, go somewhere else reputable! Even some contractors that I called don't want to work with them! Goes to show you their reputation in the industry."

"While I wasn’t able to purchase anything in the end, I had a great experience with Sortie. I originally purchased a remnant which ended up being too small for my project. Kim and Amy went out of their way to try and find the perfect replacement. We didn’t end up choosing one but, I can’t blame them for lack of trying at all. Enjoyed working with them and appreciate their patience very much. I’ll be back in the future!"
