"I found out we had a large bird nest in our woodstove chimney when I tried to start our first fire of the season-our house filled with smoke.. I tried calling a few other places who didnt call back or it would be weeks or months to service. I called Ingrams and a LIVE human being answered the phone. It was Tom, the owner, who got right on it- luckily there was a crew in a nearby neighborhood, so they were able to come by that afternoon. They cleaned out the stovepipe, with the accompanying big nest, started a fire to test it,and Justin said he'll come back in the spring to put a new cap on it. Efficient, friendly, reasonable. Tom even called to check if everything was alright the day. Good customer service still exists!! I've already recommended them to friends."
