I was very impressed by his knowledge and his presentation of the products offered. Furthermore, he took the time to go and look at my current layout, both inside and outside the house and evaluated the square footage for the proper system. He answered all of my questions and did not rush his presentation. The main difference I noticed from the other companies that I had estimates from was the fact that John offered me a variety of options and explained current rebates and tax incentives by product. The call team at the office was also great in setting up the appointment and making the customer feel welcomed.
