"I hired them to mount my TV and install my AC. The TV mounting went fine. The AC installation however, was a a disaster. It took the person 1.5 hours to install so they charged me for an extra half hour. But the AC was so poorly installed, there are gaps between the window and the AC everywhere. Now my apartment is cold because the window is essentially wide open and if I were to turn the AC on, the air would go right out the window. They also broke my side curtain panels. So not only do I have to get it reinstalled but I also have to buy new parts. I’ve reached out to them but I’ve heard nothing back."

The person who came to estimate was great and highlighted many issues I wasn’t seeing and offered their services to repair such as damaged walls and old lighting. Once work started being an active home the workers secured all hazards and ensured that their was work clean not causing dust to go to the rest of house. Taking great precautions such as dust barriers and securing the rest of the home. Quality of work speaks for itself my home was transformed into exactly what I wanted.
