And he exceeded our expectations, transforming a finished basement with several years of grime, contractor dust from the removal of a drop ceiling and stains from being used by workmen to clean paint. He cleaned 21 feet of closet space, cabinets, a sink and a half bath as well as stairs, windows & wooden paneling - it was a huge job, but he was confident for a reason.
