I appreciated their patience and kindness as my curious 4 year old tailed them around the house and asked dozens of questions and played peek-a-boo. The carpets smell fresh and look much brighter. "Stanley steemer had the best prices. I called around for comparisons. I was able to get an appointment the next day, very convenient! They narrow it down to a 3-hour window and text you when they're on their way. Kumar and Dejuan were very professional and courteous and explained to me my options as far as deodorizing and enzymes for the dog urine and a protectant. I wish I had before and after pics, but I just have the after pics. There was pet urine stains that came out, no problem. The carpet looks brand new. The couch had stains from my three children trashing it and all the stains came out. I highly recommend them!"
