"Precision Flooring is a fantastic company with a profoundly strong within. Tom was all in from the start and personally addressed the consultation, project scope, and installation. He took extra time to work through some structural challenges in our 100 year old home. We had kitchen flooring, bathroom flooring, and 3 rooms of carpet installed and all were top notch. Matt and his team literally transformed our small upstairs bathroom in a few hours. They took extra care and were extremely professional and friendly throughout. Mark did the kitchen and family room and is an absolute craftsman. He worked through some challenges and added some architecturally flattering details in a couple areas; just because it would look better. The carpet install was great and when we discovered a small issue Tom addressed it personally and found an unrelated issue, not part of the scope and fixed it regardless. Overall we are exceedingly pleased and recommend Tom and his team to anyone in need of any type flooring. Tom’s personal interest in his customers is a unique aspect that means the world. We wish we had more flooring needs to we could work with him again…he’s THAT good."

"We recently remodeled the kitchen, living room, dining room, foyer and office in our home, and were looking for Brazilian Cherry engineered hardwood to match flooring we put in our first floor master suite in 2011. The prior flooring manufacturer had recently discontinued the product, and it was unavailable anywhere. We did endless research on-line and through other flooring retailers over several months but were unable to locate an acceptable product. Then we met Tom at Precision, who worked tirelessly for several weeks to locate and provide samples of an alternative product that was a perfect match to our prior flooring! Precision Flooring ordered, delivered and helped unload (free of charge!) over 1400 SF of flooring for installation by our contractor. The product is of excellent quality, and Precision provided it at a material cost that was actually less that the cost of the flooring we had installed 7 years ago! We love our new hardwood floors, and would highly recommend Tom Kapinos and Precision Flooring - he is professional, knows his product and provides very fair pricing - thank you Tom!
