"I purchased a new "reconditioned" PoulanPro 5020 chainsaw, not the top of the line, but the price was right. It never started & I ended up replacing the coil & spark plug wire, which was broken. I got an email from RAF & they requested I contact them, which I did & I'm please to say they care."

"I brought my brand new Husqvarna leaf blower here for service because it would not start right out of the box. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and Friday they told me it was ready to be picked up. When I got there, the clown behind the counter gave me a blower and told me to start it up... it worked, but it was 100% not my blower. It was old, dirty and again NOT MY BLOWER. I confronted him on it and he sheepishly told me that he just wanted to get me a working blower so he switched out my brand new unit for the older one. I have never experienced this before but I can promise you that I will never again return to this dump. After getting my blower back (it still did not work) I took it to Ken's motorsports in Elma and they had it working the same day. Do not do business with RAF... you've been warned :)"

"Bought 2 bostitch roofing gunsfor $220 each for my company one was skipping nails real bad but other one was good. I called them a couple days later and said they will exchange it. I get there after driving 45 mins and manager won't exchange it... said I can get a quote on rebuilding it or buy a new one when I just bought it a couple days ago and am also capable of rebuilding it top to bottom on my own. Such a waste of time and money comming here. Your better off going to home depot or lowes. Lost a good paying customer smh.."

"Best, hardest working, tool repair place ever. Please use them it probably can be fixed . And if it can't then they have one you can buy! And at fair prices. Please trust me I'm a tradesmen for 20 years now. Its nice to have a local place like this to rely on. So shiny lol"
